About Us
Well Wired advocates for healthy tech at home, in our schools, and in the community. Our mission is to change the status quo and foster a new generation of thriving kids who spend more time outside and socializing with their friends (in person!) and less time on addictive devices and apps. Well Wired promotes dialogue about healthy, intentional tech use with kids and families and advocates for limited, educationally valuable use of tech in our schools. Well Wired was founded by Bend parents, Ami Formica and Brooke Mues. Each of them have young kids in the Bend-La Pine School District. Please help us make a difference in the lives of Central Oregon kids by supporting our cause!

We envision thriving, healthy, well-adapted children! We envision a world where children and adults alike are able to use technology in a way that enhances their lives and relationships, rather than detracting from them. We believe that technology should serve us, not the other way around.
